Why do my textures turn black on my mobile device?

Some mobile phones have problems rendering textures in 3D environments. Phones with Adreno 300 series GPUs are notoriously problematic in this regard. The minimum available memory of the handset should be 2GB. Make sure you don't have any applications open that are consuming memory.

Why doesn't the gyroscope/window mode work in my Iphone browser?

New browser policies require sites that use WebXR technology (such as VRtube-Virtual) to request permission from the user before gaining access to the handset hardware. As of iOS 13, DeviceMotionEvents is only available for pages published in "https". Make sure that the url address you are accessing starts with "https". Other browsers will also apply the same policies and restrictions. VRtube-Virtual now incorporates a user interface to request the necessary permissions from the user, you must accept these permissions in order for it to work properly. Make sure you update to the latest browser and OS version on your terminal.

Why doesn't the 360 video play?

A stable data connection is required to access the 360 video transmedia content. Make sure you are in an area with good data coverage to avoid problems with the video player. 360 videos require the mobile terminal to have enough free memory so that the data buffer does not collapse. Make sure you do not have any open applications in memory, close all dormant applications before accessing VRtube-Virtual.
